  • A break from everything: laugh, learn, rest, and have adventures.

  • Return home with stronger boundaries and clarity about your needs.

  • Arrive meeting perfect strangers and leave with new friends.

  • Learning from (and with) teachers like: Minaa B, Kristi Nelson, and Tori Washington.

  • Stay connected with the community post-retreat; virtual check-ins, journal prompts, and more.

  • A Licensed Therapist and Life Coach on-site all week; for those of us who could use a little extra support.

  • Disconnect from work, screens, and responsibilities to reconnect with nature and a community.

  • An organization that is taking your safety and COVID-19 seriously.

  • 4 full days of having someone cook and clean for you; an overdue break.

  • On-site adventures: kayaking, swimming, hiking, and more.

  • Post-retreat accountability: one of our teachers will check-in with the community each week for 12 weeks, remind you of the tools you learned, and guide you to continue the important work you’ve started.
